DEN INFORMATION
Pack 107 is divided by grade level in small groups called Dens. Each Den meets monthly throughout the school year to complete various activities called adventures.

Scouts work on the rank that corresponds with their grade level.
Meetings: 3rd Thursday of each month, Sept–May, 6:30–8:00 PM at the Kaneland Merideth Academic Center in Maple Park
Year-Round Activities: Pack hikes, special events, service projects, seasonal campouts, and more!
Summer Fun: Lots of extra outings and adventures during the summer months
Flexible Participation: Miss a few meetings due to a sport or other activity? No problem—you’ll still get plenty out of the program
Scouting America Dues: $170.00 a year (This covers the National and Local Council fees)
Our pack also charges $25.00 per year to cover some local expenses and meeting supplies.
We offer a family discount for families with multiple scouts. If you have multiple scouts in the Pack, the pack will cover 50% of the dues for the second scout and 100% of the dues for the third scout. Funds will be reimbursed to you.
There may be additional costs associated with Pack Activities. The pack covers 50% of the cost for Scouting-related activities.
Uniform shirts (with patches) are purchased by your family, but they aren't required on day one. Uniforms are available at local Scout Shops or online.
Boys and Girls at K-5 grade level age. Youth over age 11 can join a Scouting America Troop.
No specific school district required, home school families are also welcome.
An adult buddy is required with Lion (Kindergarten) and Tiger (1st grade) youth at meetings
All should follow the Scout Oath and Scout Law
Uniforms are not required on day one, time is allowed to get a uniform
